Board of Governors

Due to the outcome of the November 2020 Ofsted inspection, an interim executive board (IEB) was established.  We meet monthly to outline the impact of the post-Ofsted action plan.

Current members as of March 2023 are:

Lynsey Holzer – CEO and Chair of the IEB

David Hilton – Director of School Standards and Improvement

Shan Oswald – School Improvement Consultant

Simon Bainbridge - Executive Headteacher at HIghfield and Director of SEND at ALT

Chris Hopwood – Trust Governor

Kate Coates – Headteacher

At these meetings, other professionals are invited to offer updates on what their impact upon the action plan as been.
