Year Four have been working hard on their DT project this term. They spent the first part of the term thinking about form, aesthetics and the potential user and then designed and learnt running stitch, backstitch and overcast stitch. Then, they cut shapes out of felt which they appliquéd onto a background piece of felt. They then stitched two pieces of felt together before stuffing them and sewing up the opening.

The children worked extremely hard and lots of resilience and perseverance was seen. They are rightfully very pleased and proud of themselves and as you can see, the final product was excellent!
